Founded in 2024, Legal Insurance Direct was born when one our business leaders highlighted a need for legal insurance products in their personal life and discovered difficulty accessing this outside of an existing policy.
Legal Insurance Direct is here to make lives easier of our clients, who require these products that have traditionally seen as add-ons accessible.

Legal Expenses Insurance has in the past been a product that people didn’t realise they needed until it was too late; with ATI products largely outperforming legal expenses every year.
In 2023, we saw a shift in the market, with higher numbers of people than ever before contacting our broker partners, enquiring about adding legal expenses products to their other covers. Which got our director thinking and he set about trying to source legal expenses cover off the shelf. And whilst he was struggling he saw the opportunity to bring these products to market and make them accessible to all.
And Legal Insurance Direct was born.
